Beim WORLD CLUB DOME gelten je nach Ticketkategorie unterschiedliche Zutrittsrechte. Hier findest Du eine Übersicht:

Allgemeine Ticketbedingungen:

• Gültig nur an den aufgedruckten Tagen (1‑, 2‑ oder 3‑Tages-Ticket)

• Einmaliger Umtausch gegen Festivalbändchen – danach kein Scan mehr möglich

• Kein Ersatz bei Verlust des Bändchens

• Kein Wiedereinlass am selben Tag

• Ticket muss personalisiert sein: Name auf Ticket = Name im Ausweis

• Einlass nur mit gültigem Ticket + Originalausweis (kein Schüler-/Studierendenausweis etc.)

• Mindestalter: 16 Jahre (VIP, Logen & Camping: ab 18 Jahren)

• ÖPNV-Kombi-Ticket nur mit personalisiertem Ticket + Ausweis gültig (nicht bei Freikarten)

Speisen & Getränke nicht inklusive

Panorama Loft Tickets:

Zugang zu Panorama Loft, VIP Experience + öffentlichen Bereichen

Exklusive Speisen & Getränke inklusive (nur im Loft verzehrbar)

Kein Zugang zu: Front of Stage, Skybox, On Stage

Skybox Tickets:

Zugang zur eigenen Skybox, Skybox Area, Panorama Loft, VIP Experience + öffentlichen Bereichen

Keine Haftung bei Verlust

Fundstücke werden nach 7 Tagen an das Fundbüro Frankfurt übergeben

At WORLD CLUB DOME, access rights vary depending on your ticket type. Here’s an overview:

General Ticket Terms:

• Valid only on the printed date(s) (1‑, 2‑ or 3‑Day Ticket)

• One-time exchange for a festival wristband – no scanning afterward

• No replacement if the wristband is lost

• No re-entry on the same day

• Ticket must be personalized: Name on ticket = name on ID

• Entry only with a valid ticket + official photo ID (no student/school IDs)

• Minimum age: 16 years (VIP, boxes & camping: 18 years)

• Public transport ticket valid only with personalized ticket + ID (not valid with complimentary tickets)

Front of Stage Tickets:

Access to all public areas + guaranteed access to Front of Stage

VIP Tickets:

Access to all public areas + VIP Experience Areas

No access to: Front of Stage, Panorama Loft, Skybox, Table, On Stage

Food & drinks not included

Panorama Loft Tickets:

Access to Panorama Loft, VIP Experience + public areas

Exclusive food & drinks included (consumption only inside the loft)

No access to: Front of Stage, Skybox, On Stage

Skybox Tickets:

Access to own Skybox, Skybox Area, Panorama Loft, VIP Experience + public areas

Food & drinks included (only inside Skybox/Loft)

No access to: Front of Stage, On Stage

VIP Parking Ticket:

Valid once per day – no re-entry after exit

Not transferable, only valid on selected day

Must be exited daily after event ends

Locker Voucher:

Valid for the booked period

No liability for lost items

Lost & found items will be handed over to the Frankfurt lost property office after 7 days
